Our products are ready for immediate installation and include any necessary instructions. Additionally, core return shipping labels and instructions can be included with each product.

Synapse products are backed by our two-year warranty and supported by our customer service. There is no need for you to deal with questions or issues that come up after the sale; we have dedicated agents to help with installation or troubleshooting along the way. In the unlikely case that warranty claims arise, we will deal directly with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
